Returning

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product in its original condition and packaging with additional outer box. If the order is returned complete the full order amount including shipping costs will be credited.The cost of return from your home to the web shop is for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging with extra box.

To exercise this right, please complete the form below.  We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Exceptions to returns

For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
Products that spoil or age quickly.
For audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
food preparation articles that have been used
disinfection products cannot be returned or exchanged
